Randen has called Central Florida home since the age of 12. Growing up here, he developed a natural knack for figuring out how things work, and more importantly, how to fix them when they don't. That instinct followed him through college and straight into the skilled trades, where he spent years turning hands-on ability into real-world expertise.

After college, Randen took on a role as a maintenance contractor working within the Section 8 housing program - an experience that sharpened his ability to assess, prioritize, and resolve a wide range of property repair needs quickly and efficiently. He learned what it means to serve people who depend on their homes being safe, functional, and well-maintained.

He later served as a warehouse manager for a large-scale indoor horticulture operation, where his responsibilities extended well beyond management. Overseeing the facility's electrical systems, plumbing infrastructure, and day-to-day mechanical operations gave Randen a depth of technical knowledge that most handymen simply don't have. It's that behind-the-scenes experience, working with real systems under real pressure - that sets Blue Wrench apart.
