3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure work areas are clear and accessible

Inform technicians of any known hazards or special conditions

Secure pets during service visits

Blue Wrench LLC reserves the right to decline, delay, or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.


4. Materials

Materials used for projects may be supplied by Blue Wrench LLC or provided by the customer.

If materials are supplied by the customer:

Blue Wrench LLC cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of those materials

Blue Wrench LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures of customer-supplied products

Projects requiring materials purchased by Blue Wrench LLC may require deposits prior to purchasing materials or scheduling work.


5. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers may choose to provide their own materials, fixtures, or parts for installation.

While Blue Wrench LLC will make reasonable efforts to install customer-supplied materials properly, we cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of materials that were not purchased or provided by Blue Wrench LLC.

Blue Wrench LLC is not responsible for defects, failures, or warranty issues related to customer-supplied materials, including but not limited to:

defective parts

incorrect sizing or compatibility

manufacturer defects

missing components

product malfunctions

If a customer-supplied product fails, requires replacement, or cannot be installed due to compatibility issues, additional labor or service charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for coordinating any manufacturer warranties related to their purchased materials.


6. Deposits and Payments

Certain projects may require deposits prior to scheduling or purchasing materials.

Deposit requirements may include:

Standard project materials may require a 50% deposit

Special order materials may require 100% payment upfront

Deposits help secure materials and reserve scheduling for your project.

Blue Wrench LLC may accept payments through secure online payment systems, digital invoices, or approved payment platforms.

Accepted payment methods may include:

credit or debit cards

digital payment platforms

online invoicing systems

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Blue Wrench LLC does not store full credit card information on our servers.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services.


7. Scheduling and Access

9. Hidden Conditions & Pre-Existing Damage

Certain repair and installation work may require opening walls, ceilings, fixtures, or other structural areas in order to access the problem being addressed.

Previously hidden conditions may be discovered during the course of work. These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

water damage

mold or moisture issues

structural deterioration

pest damage

outdated or unsafe wiring

plumbing issues

code violations from prior work

Blue Wrench LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes visible during the course of repair work.

If hidden issues are discovered that affect the scope of the project, the technician will inform the customer and discuss available options before proceeding.

Additional repairs, materials, or labor required to address newly discovered conditions may result in updated pricing and scheduling.


10. Limitations of Liability

Blue Wrench LLC is not responsible for:

pre-existing structural issues

hidden damage discovered during repairs

damage caused by defective materials supplied by others

delays caused by weather, material availability, or conditions beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Wrench LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
