Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

This helps cover reserved technician time and scheduling availability.

If our technician arrives and the job site cannot be accessed, or the customer is unavailable, the visit may be considered a missed appointment.

In these situations, a $50 service call fee may apply to cover travel time and reserved labor.


9. Deposits & Materials

Some projects may require materials to be purchased in advance.

For these projects:

Standard materials may require a 50% deposit

Special order materials may require 100% payment upfront

Material deposits help ensure materials are secured and scheduled appropriately for your project.


10. Completed Work

Because handyman services involve labor and completed work, refunds are generally not issued after work has been completed.
